日本の高校は米国の学生バンドフェスに呼ばれます。
米国の大学生や高校生のBrass bandと世界から招待したBrass bandでトーナメントを行い最優秀バンドを決める大会ですが、日本は複数の高校が何度も呼ばれ、出ると毎回優勝しているようです。台湾の高校も呼ばれたことがあります。日本の場合、大学生が出ると演奏力が凄すぎて他の国とレベルが違いすぎるので高校生が呼ばれてるようです。この大会は有料ですが沢山の観客が見に来ます。同時に行われるローズparadeには75万人の観客が集まります。

미국의 대학생이나 고교생의 Brass band와 세계로부터 초대한 Brass band로 토너먼트를 실시해 최우수 밴드를 결정하는 대회입니다만, 일본은 복수의 고등학교가 몇번이나 불려 나오면 매회 우승하고 있는 것 같습니다.대만의 고등학교도 불렸던 것이 있어요.일본의 경우, 대학생이 나오면 연주력이 너무 굉장해서 다른 나라와 레벨이 너무 다르므로 고교생이 불리고 있는 것 같습니다.이 대회는 유료입니다만 많은 관객이 보러 옵니다.동시에 행해지는 로즈 parade에는 75만명의 관객이 모입니다.
