甘味処鎌倉、海外25店舗目となるロンドン店がイギリスの老舗百貨店John Lewis & Partnersにオープン。これまで海外ではアジア・オセアニア・アメリカに展開
わらび餅とは、わらびの根から作られる餅状の和菓子。10kgのワラビの根から取れるわらび粉はわずか70gとされ希少性が高い。日本の第60代天皇、醍醐天皇(885年2月6日 - 930年10月23日)の好物として有名。
