MEMORANDUM FOR : JAPANESE GOVERNMENT
SUBJECT : Repatriation of Non-Japanese
1.Memorandum for the Japanese Government, AG O14.33, SCAPIN 1527, subject: Repatriation of Non-Japanese, 14 February 1947, is rescinded.
2.Reference is made to Memorandum for the Japanese Government, AG 370.05 (7 May 46) GC-0, SCAPIN 927/17, subject: Repatriation, 9 March 1949.
3.All provisions in referenced memorandum pertaining to voluntary repatriation of non-Japanese nationals are rescinded.
4.Effective this date voluntary repatriation of non-Japanese nationals will be the responsibility of the individual.

2.참조는 1949년 3월 9 일자 SCAPIN927/17 「송환」
3.참조된 각서의 비일본국민의 자주적 인양에 관련하는 모든 조항을 취소한다
4.이 날부터 비일본국민의 자주적 인양은 개인의 책임으로 한다

２．Reference is made to Memorandum for the Japanese Government, AG 370.05 (7 May 46)GC-0, SCAPIN 927/17, subject: Repatriation, 9 March 1949.
３．All provisions in referenced memorandum pertaining to voluntary repatriation of non-Japanese nationals are rescinded.
