2527일의 3일간으로 합계 6 시합이 짜여져 금년은 홋카이도 지구 선발, 큐슈 지구 선발이 대만의 전국 대회 「흑표기」우승교의 평진고중, 준우승교의 라동고공과 전원 시합으로 대전한다.
