震災と原発事故の影響で不通となっていた、富岡－竜田間の運転を再開したＪＲ常磐線の電車＝２１日午前、福島県富岡町東日本大震災と東京電力福島第１原発事故の影響で６年７カ月間、不通となっていたＪＲ常磐線富岡駅（福島県富岡町）－竜田駅（同県楢葉町）の６・９キロの運行が２１日、再開した。普通列車が１日１１往復する。
残る常磐線の不通区間は第１原発が立地する双葉、大熊両町を通る富岡－浪江（同県浪江町）の２０・８キロで、ＪＲ東日本は平成３２（２０２０）年３月末までの全線開通を目指している。
再開区間では地震で線路がゆがんだり信号や電柱が倒れたりしたほか、富岡駅の駅舎が津波の被害を受けた。２８年６月から復旧工事を始め、今年９月に試運転を始めた。
富岡町は原発事故で全町避難となったが、今年４月、富岡駅周辺などを含む大部分で避難指示が解除された。
